originally from san jose, california, nora has lived and worked in san francisco, london and new york city. she brings a fresh and innovative perspective to everything she touches and approaches each challenge with positivity and pragmatic creativity.

brett is a native of the lehigh valley, and a former local high school and collegiate athlete. for the past 20 years, brett has lived and worked in new york city, where he has been exposed to a multitude of fitness trends.
although he has always sought out new workouts to increase his general level of fitness, and improve his golf game, a recent focus on strengthening and lengthening while limiting the chance of injury is what ultimately provided the inspiration for barreform - an integration of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

a native of the lehigh valley, amy was a student athlete playing basketball at Salisbury High School and East Stroudsburg University. in 2003 she was introduced to pilates while rehabilitating a back injury from years of aggressive weight lifting and improper body movement. she was immediately drawn to the classical method of pilates and its ability to balance the body as well as prevent and rehabilitate injury. she has been a pilates instructor since 2005, completing her intensive training and certification at Power Pilates and Authentic Pilates in new york city. she understands the importance of quality movement and helps you change the way they think about exercise. this combination is what drew her to the precise and controlled movements of the megaformer. amy is Lagree Fitness™ certified.
a lehigh valley native, ava began her dance training at a very young age at the Ballet Guild of the Lehigh Valley. she continued her training in ballet technique while attending the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts. she has performed in numerous classical ballets, as well as original works.
ava now attends Moravian College pursuing a degree in environmental policy and economics and minoring in peace and justice studies. her enthusiasm comes from her passion for movement and the discipline of ballet training.

devon, originally from Cleveland, came to Bethlehem to attend Lehigh University on a basketball scholarship. still attending Lehigh, he is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology, with hopes of a second PhD in special education. as a retired athlete, devon has become extremely interested in finding ways to stay in shape and keep his body at its healthiest state - be it through diet or exercise choices.
as an instructor, devon considers his method of training positive, encouraging and enthusiastic; with the ultimate goal of working hard and having fun while you are at it!

originally from maryland, nicole has called the lehigh valley home for 18+ years. she entered the fitness scene nearly nine years ago, after the birth of her first child.
nicole finds exercise to be both mentally and physically rewarding. certified in group fitness, nicole strives to create a fun and high-energy environment in her classes, as she helps others to look and feel their best. with an interest in bootcamps, TRX and all forms of high intensity interval training (HIIT), nicole is always looking for new workouts, which is what brought her to barreform. she immediately fell in love with the Megaformer, and knew she had to integrate it into her fitness routine. when she’s not teaching or training, nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

laura was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. her love of fitness started at a young age. while attending Gettysburg College, she began teaching indoor cycling classes and fell in love with group fitness and nutrition. after graduating with a degree in psychology, she attended Cedar Crest College studying nutrition and completing the track to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. these passions combined to lead her to pursue a career in nutrition & dietetics and fitness. laura is certified in group fitness, barre, indoor cycling, and recently received her 200 hour registered yoga teacher training certification.

growing up in saucon valley, adrin was outside every chance she got; at 16 she moved to Seattle with her family and fell in love with hiking and snowshoeing - in 2000, successfully summiting Mt. Rainier!
adrin discovered pilates in 1998 and fell in love with the method's precision, flow and focus on core strength and alignment. in 2003 she became a pilates instructor and has been teaching ever since. she is also certified in myofascial body rolling and trigger point massage, providing her a deep understanding of anatomy.

natalie has been studying dance since the age of 3, spending many years dedicated to her training under the instruction of well known dance educators in the Lehigh Valley - both at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts and The Ballet Guild of the Lehigh Valley. natalie has performed in many classical and contemporary ballets as well as numerous modern dance works. currently she is attending Shenandoah University as a dance major pursuing bachelor of fine arts degree. Natalie's passion for healthy living is routed in her love of dance.

as a lehigh valley native, sharon knows a thing or two about what it means to exercise with her community. she has a background in fitness as part of the softball team at DeSales University. after receiving her bachelor's degree in communications, sharon moved to NYC and fell in love with group fitness classes, leading to a Spinning® certification and instructing at a number of lehigh valley studios.
