brett jonesbrett is a native of the lehigh valley, and a former local high school and collegiate athlete. for the past 20 years, brett has lived and worked in new york city, where he has been exposed to a multitude of fitness trends.
although he has always sought out new workouts to increase his general level of fitness, and improve his golf game, a recent focus on strengthening and lengthening while limiting the chance of injury is what ultimately provided the inspiration for barreform - an integration of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, flexibility, and coordination. brett received his megaformer instructor certification from barreform. |

a New Englander through and through, ashley moved to the Lehigh Valley from Rhode Island to pursue her undergraduate degree at Lehigh University. she entered the group fitness scene to stay active during her busy class schedule, and spin stole her heart and she has been hooked ever since, ashley became Spinning™️ certified in Boston the winter of 2018.
after spending 15 years as a dancer, she understands that music can release a wide range of emotions in us all, and she choreographs rides carefully and intentionally to help release any feelings you may be holding onto, good, bad, beautiful or ugly. for an extra challenge, add a turn any time she mentions caramel macchiatos, her English Bulldog (Rousey!), or true crime podcasts. she apologizes in advance for calling the water fountain a ‘bubblah’, but hopes her blood-pumping, heart-racing class makes up for it and you leave feeling like your best self! |
