brett is a native of the lehigh valley, and a former local high school and collegiate athlete. for the past 20 years, brett has lived and worked in new york city, where he has been exposed to a multitude of fitness trends.
although he has always sought out new workouts to increase his general level of fitness, and improve his golf game, a recent focus on strengthening and lengthening while limiting the chance of injury is what ultimately provided the inspiration for barreform - an integration of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

chelsea was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, where just a year ago, she found her passion for indoor cycling, and ever since knew becoming an instructor was her next goal. that goal has finally come to life!
while she loves to ride, she also has a passion for marketing and drinking vanilla chai lattes. she is currently studying to get her degree in Social Media Marketing and is typically getting work done at Starbucks with her latte.
she loves high energy classes that give the entire body a workout with catchy music and fun movements. she wants her riders to take control of their rides and to challenges each and every one of them to step out of their comfort zone.
“this is your time. Be in control of it!”

a New Englander through and through, ashley moved to the Lehigh Valley from Rhode Island to pursue her undergraduate degree at Lehigh University. she entered the group fitness scene to stay active during her busy class schedule, and spin stole her heart! hooked ever since, ashley became Spinning™️ certified in Boston the winter of 2018.
after spending 15 years as a dancer, she understands that music can release a wide range of emotions in us all, and she choreographs rides carefully and intentionally to help release any feelings you may be holding onto, good, bad, beautiful or ugly. for an extra challenge, add a turn any time she mentions caramel macchiatos, her English Bulldog (Rousey!), or true crime podcasts.
she apologizes in advance for calling the water fountain a ‘bubblah’, but hopes her blood-pumping, heart-racing class makes up for it and you leave feeling like your best self!
